Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales support goals by assisting in client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.

Provide responsive client support, addressing inquiries and delivering real-time updates on off-plan developments and investment opportunities.

Manage executive schedules, arrange project meetings, and handle confidential real estate documentation with precision.

Act as the central point of contact for client queries, project updates, and real estate sales follow-ups.

Handle DLD and OQOOD registration processes, ensuring documentation is compliant and filed accurately.

Maintain secure, organized records for contracts, timelines, and development files.

Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, project management, and marketing teams.

Take charge of project coordination, from milestone tracking to internal reporting.

Continuously improve administrative processes to support scalable, efficient operations.

Collaborate with brokers, investors, and external partners to support project visibility and success.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles within the Dubai real estate development sector.

Hands-on knowledge of DLD and OQOOD registration procedures.

Experience creating proposals for buyers, brokers, and investors in the off-plan market.

Familiarity with Dubai’s RERA regulations, real estate trends, and client expectations.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM platforms preferred.
