Job Title: Administrative & Proposal Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative & Proposal Manager to oversee daily office functions and spearhead the creation of strategic proposals for off-plan real estate projects in Dubai. This dynamic role blends administrative leadership with real estate expertise, ensuring smooth internal operations and compelling investment proposals aligned with Dubai’s property market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Administrative Oversight:

  • Supervise administrative staff and manage daily office operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and efficient resource utilization

  • Support senior management with administrative and operational coordination

  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

🔹 Real Estate Proposal Development:

  • Create customized proposals for off-plan real estate projects, including pricing, payment plans, investment returns, and project details

  • Apply DLD and OQOOD knowledge to ensure registration and legal compliance

  • Collaborate with sales, brokers, and marketing teams to gather insights and align proposals with investor expectations

  • Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and formal offers for investors and agencies

  • Maintain and update a repository of templates, case studies, and market-specific proposal content

🔹 Market & Strategy Alignment:

  • Analyze real estate trends, competitor data, and client feedback to improve proposal quality

  • Develop offers in collaboration with leadership, aligned with company financial targets and Dubai market demand

  • Create partnership proposals for brokers, investors, and real estate agencies to maximize project outreach and investment

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong leadership and people management

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Problem-solving mindset with discretion and integrity

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in DLD and OQOOD processes

  • Proven track record in administrative supervision and proposal writing

  • Knowledge of office budgeting, compliance, and operational best practices
