Job Title: Administrative Officer – Paints & Coatings Industry
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee office operations, compliance, and administrative support within our paints and coatings manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain compliance with company policies, and support various departments, including HR, finance, and operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Office Operations & Maintenance:

Manage office operations, facility maintenance, and inventory of office supplies.

Ensure office equipment, documentation, and resources are properly maintained.
✅ Compliance & Legal Documentation:
-
Monitor and update company policies, legal documents, and government permits.

Handle administrative paperwork for audits, health & safety compliance, and labor laws.

Ensure the company complies with industry regulations and government requirements.
✅ Administrative Support:
-
Assist HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks.

Organize and maintain employee records, reports, and internal documentation.

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and inter-department communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in administrative roles (preferably in paints manufacturing or petrochemical industries).
✔ Strong knowledge of office management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
