Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support the operations of our newly launched real estate company in Dubai. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a keen interest in the real estate industry to grow with a startup environment and make a real impact.

The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, property listings, and client coordination while ensuring smooth business operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative duties including maintaining office records, preparing contracts, and handling documentation related to real estate transactions.

  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between agents, clients, and stakeholders.

  • List and manage properties (sales, leasing, and off-plan) across online portals to enhance visibility and drive engagement.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to property management services and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and internal company policies.

  • Assist the management team in daily tasks, reporting, and business development efforts.

  • Maintain up-to-date client databases and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office management tools.

  • Familiarity with real estate operations, documentation, and online listing platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluency in English (required); Arabic is an advantage.

  • Experience working in start-up or fast-growing company environments.
