Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, a working knowledge of basic accounting, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 4,000 (All-Inclusive) + Visa & Health Insurance
Availability: Must be open to overtime when required
Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and handle all incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office administration and accounting

Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, petty cash management, and data entry

Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis

Coordinate internal communications and provide support to the team on administrative tasks

Ensure timely follow-up on email correspondence and document submissions

Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
