The Energy Training Centre, a leading provider of professional development training globally, is urgently hiring an Administrative Coordinator for its Dubai office. The role involves managing and coordinating training programs for international clients, ensuring smooth logistics, communication, and execution of training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training programs for a global audience.

Draft and send professional emails to clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Liaise with vendors and training partners to ensure timely delivery of resources and materials.

Coordinate with internal teams to monitor workflow and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.

Prepare reports for internal and client review.

Provide high-quality service to clients, trainees, and internal teams, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience in administrative coordination or project management, preferably in training or education.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Proficient with communication tools (Zoom, Teams) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
