We are currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team and enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Direct Manager and the team. This role is suited for UAE Nationals looking to grow within a professional business environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver timely and professional administrative support to the manager and department.

Maintain calendars, organize appointments, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders.

Sort, respond to, and direct all incoming correspondence appropriately.

Handle phone calls by screening, taking accurate notes, and relaying messages.

Draft and prepare official letters, reports, memos, and review documents as assigned.

Maintain and track office expenses, invoices, and payments; generate related reports.

Organize and manage filing systems and digital documentation for easy access and compliance.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.
