Nathan & Nathan, a leading management consultancy in Dubai, is seeking a highly professional Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a corporate environment on a contract basis, with the potential for extension based on performance. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and customer service skills, capable of coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Role Description:
As a Receptionist cum Admin, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The role includes handling communications, managing office resources, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

  • Handle and redirect incoming calls promptly.

  • Manage bookings and ensure optimal utilization of meeting rooms.

  • Oversee courier services for incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Monitor and respond to daily administrative emails.

  • Support routine administrative tasks in coordination with team members.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-stocked.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or stakeholder management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach.

  • Must be immediately available with a valid visa (minimum 6 months validity).

Competencies:

  • Customer service excellence.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Stakeholder coordination and relationship management.

Contract & Compensation:

  • Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable).

  • Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000.
