Role Overview:
The position requires an organized and proactive professional to manage executive schedules, communication, and confidential information while coordinating and tracking key strategic projects. This role offers a blend of executive assistance and operational management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Oversee strategic and operational projects from planning to completion.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Organize executive offsites, workshops, and corporate events.

Support procurement and vendor management processes.

Optimize administrative systems for improved efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in executive support or project coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
