Maison Pyramide is seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing correspondence, organizing records, assisting with HR and executive support, and maintaining efficient office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily office tasks including filing, handling correspondence, and organizing records.

Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Help manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Provide general administrative support to staff and departments as needed.

Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

Support HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee files and scheduling interviews.

Assist with administrative tasks related to company apartments.

Maintain structured documents and sheets for easy reporting and information retrieval.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by managers and partners.
Requirements & Skills:

Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with attention to detail and effective time management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
