Atlantis Resorts is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant, Events to support the Events Management Team in Dubai. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting the Executive, Events, and ensuring smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Events Management Team.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Work closely with the Executive, Events to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure all administrative processes align with company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate event-related activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage data and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
