Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing internal communication, handling clerical duties, organizing records, and assisting various departments to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, ensuring timely and efficient responses.

Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth office operations.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation.

Answer phone calls and emails professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.

Draft reports, letters, and general office correspondence with accuracy.

Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma preferred.
