Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Insolvency Administration team, specifically focusing on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing personal insolvency cases, handling sensitive client data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This role requires excellent communication skills, administrative precision, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Personal Insolvency Administration: Support the preparation, filing, and management of documentation related to IVAs (Individual Voluntary Arrangements).

Client Coordination: Liaise with clients undergoing insolvency to collect financial information, explain the process, and provide timely support.

Creditor Communication: Contact and coordinate with creditors regarding outstanding debts, organize meetings, and assist with dividend distributions.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain updated records of insolvency cases, creditor claims, payments, and client correspondence. Prepare periodic reports for internal and regulatory purposes.

Document Preparation: Gather and compile key financial documents from clients, including income statements, asset listings, and liability breakdowns.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all documentation and procedures align with insolvency legislation and standards, including the Insolvency Act.

Debt Repayment Assistance: Help in structuring repayment plans, calculating contributions, and managing repayment schedules for clients under IVAs.
