Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, supporting employees, and assisting in various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong administrative background who is organized, reliable, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administration:

Manage office calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

Oversee office space planning, workstation allocations, and conference room setups

Ensure the maintenance and repair of office equipment
-
Enforce office safety protocols, including access control and fire protection
-
Manage the reception area and greet visitors professionally

Organize correspondence (email, mail, deliveries) and file documents (physical/digital)

Monitor office supply inventory and handle procurement
-
Track and manage payments for utilities and other office-related expenses

Assist with onboarding new employees and support licensing renewals
Employee Support:

Maintain employee rosters and attendance records
-
Coordinate employee travel, transportation, and accommodation
-
Handle holiday tracking and employee requests
-
Assist in organizing team-building activities and staff events
Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain and update internal databases and company records
-
Prepare accurate reports and documentation as needed
Project & Event Support:

Support company events and special projects
-
Conduct research and assist with the preparation of project materials
General Duties:

Provide day-to-day administrative support and complete ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
