Parisima Talent, a leading recruitment and staffing agency in the UAE, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract role in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key part in supporting office operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth daily workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and all internal/external correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner.

Support with data entry, record keeping, and office inventory tracking.

Assist management and team members with administrative and clerical tasks.

Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.

Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in Office Administration preferred).

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
