Administrative Assistant (6 Months) – Parisima Talent

Parisima Talent, a leading recruitment and staffing agency in the UAE, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract role in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key part in supporting office operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth daily workflows across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and all internal/external correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner.

  • Support with data entry, record keeping, and office inventory tracking.

  • Assist management and team members with administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.

  • Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in Office Administration preferred).

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
