ABB is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide complex administrative and secretarial support. The role involves assisting with business-relevant tasks, conducting research, preparing reports, handling internal and external communications, and organizing business-critical events. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist a business manager with administrative tasks, including research, report creation, presentations, and correspondence

Ensure the smooth flow of information and keep stakeholders updated

Act as a point of contact for inquiries and assess the urgency of issues

Arrange internal/external events, including travel, itineraries, accommodation, and conference registrations
Qualifications:

Completed administrative or secretarial education

At least 4 years of relevant work experience

Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a strong command of English

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
