Source Properties is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy office in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, handling scheduling duties, and maintaining organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate active calendars for senior staff and team members

Schedule and confirm meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Ensure file and document organization based on internal office protocols

Provide ad hoc administrative support throughout the office as needed

Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative independently
