Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases division in the UAE. This role plays a key part in ensuring the team operates efficiently by handling a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and internal documents

Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical
-
Handle calls, emails, and internal/external communications

Submit purchase orders and track expense reports

Assist in onboarding of new team members
-
Coordinate travel bookings and manage logistics
-
Plan internal events and draft communications
-
Record meeting minutes and monitor action items
-
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders

Support data entry and report generation
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role
-
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
-
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
