We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional front desk support and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves handling administrative duties such as managing communications, organizing the office, scheduling meetings, and supporting management with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answering phone calls and managing inquiries with professionalism.

Office Organization: Keep the office space organized, ensure supplies are stocked, and manage office equipment.

Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring the calendar is well-managed.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into systems and databases.

File Management: Organize both physical and electronic files for easy access and retrieval.

Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications, such as emails, letters, and memos.

Travel Arrangements: Assist in organizing travel logistics for employees.

Expense Reporting: Help process and track expense reports.

Support to Management: Provide administrative assistance to executives, including calendar management and document preparation.

Event Coordination: Help organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
