Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to handle a variety of front desk and office support tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage day-to-day administrative operations, and assist management with essential organizational duties to ensure smooth office functionality.
Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors with professionalism, answer phone calls, and manage general inquiries.

Office Maintenance: Keep the office space organized and well-stocked, ensuring all supplies and equipment are functioning efficiently.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, meetings, and conference room schedules.

Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain records in internal systems and databases.

File Organization: Handle physical and digital file management for efficient retrieval and record-keeping.

Written Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread communications such as emails, letters, and memos.

Executive Support: Assist managers and executives with calendar scheduling, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.

Prior experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
