Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to provide support in various office tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with scheduling, communication, and office management, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Handle routine office tasks, including filing, generating reports and presentations, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Scheduling: Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing scheduling conflicts.

  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.

  • Phone Screening: Screen phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party, ensuring smooth communication.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in a related field.

  • Experience: Prior administrative experience preferred but not required.

  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, especially in typing and basic office software.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage office tasks efficiently.

  • Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages may be preferred or required.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 0 – 1 years in a similar administrative role.

  • Location: United Arab Emirates (preferred)

  • Age: 24 – 35 years
