About the Role:
Tabani Real Estate LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administration / Personal Assistant to support our Head of Sales. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the Head of Sales’ calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring all priorities are met efficiently.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of Sales.

Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items with relevant departments.

Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.

Support project management initiatives including sales campaigns, corporate events, and report preparation.

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, data entry, and document preparation.

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and professional documents as required.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to assist business growth.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management tools is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
