About the Role:

Tabani Real Estate LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administration / Personal Assistant to support our Head of Sales. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Head of Sales’ calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring all priorities are met efficiently.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of Sales.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items with relevant departments.

  • Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.

  • Support project management initiatives including sales campaigns, corporate events, and report preparation.

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and professional documents as required.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to assist business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management tools is a plus.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
