ENOC is seeking an Administration Incharge (Emirati Talent) to lead and manage the daily administrative operations of the Occupational Health Centre in Jebel Ali. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising staff, streamlining administrative processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and healthcare administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations of the Occupational Health Centre.

Supervise and train administrative staff, manage schedules, and conduct evaluations.

Ensure smooth patient flow and effective coordination with clinical teams.

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations.

Monitor inventory of medical and office supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.

Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, insurers, and regulatory bodies.

Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Monitor expenses, implement cost-control measures, and optimize resources.

Support special projects and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in healthcare administration or management.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and privacy laws.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
