Administration Coordinator- 12 Months Contract (Arabic Speaker)
Transguard Workforce Solutions Sharjah , UAE

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking an Administration Coordinator for a 12-month contract position. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks related to stakeholders such as the Security Pass Department, Immigration, and various service vendors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the PRO in processing Security Pass, ADP, and employee visas.

  • Collect and verify invoices on time and coordinate with different departments.

  • Maintain relationships with departments (Pass, ADP, IT, Asset Management, and finance).

  • Support the site manager with enhancing site status and organizing documents.

  • Process temporary passes, maintain inventories, and handle personnel-related documents.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, especially with government organizations.

  • Completion of secondary education + a Diploma.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.

  • Valid Driving License.

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).
