Key Responsibilities:

Organize appointments, prepare documents, and manage schedules for medical staff.

Handle internal customer service, ensuring professional and accurate support.

Receive and report cash transactions, assist in billing and account reconciliation.

Prepare applications, permits, licenses, and staff documents for HR and other departments.

Maintain accurate timekeeping records (leave, overtime, absences) and compile reports.

Draft and dispatch routine correspondence and distribute mail/documents efficiently.

Manage filing systems, update information systems, and prepare standard reports.

Oversee office supplies, maintain hardware assets, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Prior experience in general administration or office support.
