Job Overview:
A Dubai-based company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support its daily operations. This full-time, work-from-home role is ideal for female professionals with 1–2 years of experience in administrative functions and a strong command of organizational tools and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative functions including scheduling, meeting coordination, and interdepartmental communication.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using productivity tools and cloud-based platforms.

Support the finance team with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.

Handle internal communications and digital file management to ensure streamlined information flow.

Assist in planning and coordinating virtual and in-person company events, meetings, and workshops.
