Sosai Event Organizers FZE, a leading event agency based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Admin, Secretary, or Personal Assistant (PA) to support management during their busy season. This is a full-time hybrid role for a 2-month period, ideal for candidates who can start immediately and are self-sponsored with a valid visa.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the manager and event team.

Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.

Support day-to-day office tasks and operational coordination.

Facilitate communication between departments and external contacts.

Help ensure smooth workflow during peak event season.
Qualifications & Skills:

Immediate availability with own valid visa.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in administrative, secretarial, or PA roles is preferred.
