Sosai Event Organizers FZE, a leading event agency based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Admin, Secretary, or Personal Assistant (PA) to support management during their busy season. This is a full-time hybrid role for a 2-month period, ideal for candidates who can start immediately and are self-sponsored with a valid visa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the manager and event team.

  • Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.

  • Support day-to-day office tasks and operational coordination.

  • Facilitate communication between departments and external contacts.

  • Help ensure smooth workflow during peak event season.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Immediate availability with own valid visa.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in administrative, secretarial, or PA roles is preferred.
