SQUATWOLF, a premium gymwear brand based in Dubai, is hiring an Admin & IT Executive to support executive operations, manage office functions, coordinate IT needs, and handle travel logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and aligned with a fitness-driven work culture. This role offers exposure to dynamic company operations while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Assist the CEO & Co-Founder with calendar management, travel planning, and handling confidential tasks.

Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of office operations, manage supplies and vendor relationships.

Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel bookings, hotel arrangements, visa processing, and logistics for staff.

IT Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, manage user accounts, and coordinate with external IT vendors.

Event Management: Organize and manage company and community events, handling logistics and vendor coordination.

HR & Insurance Support: Assist with employee onboarding and insurance coordination.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding internal and external stakeholder support with prompt communication and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in admin or IT support roles.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Tech-savvy with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

UAE driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
