Zurich Insurance, a global leader in insurance and risk management, is hiring an Admin Intern for its Commercial Insurance Middle East (CI ME) division in Dubai. This is a full-time, 6-month internship, ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration and support functions within a leading multinational organization.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Support the receptionist in managing the front desk and reception area

Welcome visitors and assist with meeting room bookings and guest check-ins

Handle incoming phone calls and email queries

Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing parcels and mail

Organize and file documents accurately

Order and track office supplies
-
Assist with data entry for expense claims and reimbursement processes
✨ Requirements:

Currently studying or recently completed studies in Office Administration or Finance-related fields (preferred)

Must hold a valid UAE residence visa sponsored by family

Medical insurance coverage valid for the internship period

Available for full-time on-site work, Monday to Friday

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry and accuracy skills
