Talabat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin – Emirati Talent to support departmental operations. This role is ideal for UAE Nationals who are looking to build a career in administration within a dynamic and multicultural tech environment. As an administrative professional, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and operational efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation

• Coordinate internal meetings, events, and communications

• Manage data entry tasks and update internal systems

• Generate reports and track departmental tasks, deadlines, and deliverables

• Serve as a point of contact between departments and external/internal partners

• Prepare presentations, forms, and administrative materials

• Oversee tools, systems, or databases relevant to the department

• Provide general admin support: filing, correspondence, and logistics

• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures

What You Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Prior admin experience preferred but not required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Clear verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High attention to detail and a positive, professional demeanor

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
