About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admin – Customer Service Executive to join our Dubai team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations while delivering outstanding customer service within the trading and food manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to resolve customer concerns and ensure on-time deliveries

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback within the CRM system

  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling

  • Prepare reports, manage documentation, and support day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required

  • Support implementation of customer service policies and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations


Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles (preferably in trading or food manufacturing)

  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities

  • Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

  • Visa, insurance, and labour contract provided
