With a growing portfolio of trusted brands, the group is expanding its real estate operations in Dubai and is now seeking a professional Admin cum Receptionist to join its team.


Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-organized, articulate, and proactive Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also assisting internal teams with daily office tasks and coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Greet clients, visitors, and VIPs with professionalism and courtesy

  • Manage multi-line switchboard: answer, screen, and forward calls

  • Handle inquiries and provide basic company/project information

  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and presentable condition

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and couriers

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Assist departments (sales, leasing, management) with general admin tasks

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and tenancy documentation

  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems and records

  • Liaise with building management, vendors, and suppliers

  • Support petty cash management and basic accounting tasks if required

  • Assist with marketing or social media activities (optional)

Real Estate Specific Tasks

  • Help prepare tenancy agreements and sales contracts

  • Coordinate property viewings and maintain property availability records

  • Manage real estate databases and client information


Candidate Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum: High school diploma

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or admin assistant

  • Prior work experience in real estate or property development in Dubai is highly advantageous

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with CRM or real estate management software is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
