Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant cum Accountant to support our Operations, HR, and Finance team. This role involves handling administrative tasks while also managing basic accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office administration, including document preparation and filing.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working condition.

Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Liaise with external vendors, clients, and staff for smooth operations.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate transactions.
-
Act as a reliever for employees in case of leave.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero preferred).

Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
