Job Description:
EF Language Abroad is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Activity Leader to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, education, and cultural exchange. As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for organizing, leading, and delivering exceptional activities and excursions for international students, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise groups of international students during activities and excursions.

• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere to engage students and foster cultural exchange.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to EF policies and risk management procedures.

• Research and lead new, culturally immersive destinations and tours.

• Collaborate with co-leaders and the Activities Team to enhance programming and improve event quality.

• Support large school events and assist with logistics and coordination.

• Uphold the EF Student Code of Conduct and report any incidents or concerns to management.

• Provide feedback and reports after each event to aid future planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Sociable, energetic, and passionate about working with young people and diverse cultures.

• Confident in leading groups and managing student behavior.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work independently.

• Customer service-focused and quality-driven mindset.

• Calm under pressure with effective conflict resolution skills.

• Comfortable working with teens and young adults.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Legally eligible to work in Dubai at the time of employment.
