EF Education First is seeking a motivated and sociable Activity Leader to guide international students through cultural activities, day trips, and events while they study English abroad. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise student groups on local activities and excursions

• Create engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for international students

• Manage logistics and ensure health and safety protocols are followed

• Research and plan new culturally immersive experiences

• Collaborate with the Activities Team to improve future programming

• Handle student conduct and report issues as per EF guidelines

• Support large events and coordinate with internal teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Highly organized, confident, and sociable

• Skilled in leading and managing student groups

• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• Customer service mindset and cultural sensitivity

• Experience working with teens and young adults

• Must have legal right to work in Dubai at the time of employment
