Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Manager to expand our property portfolio in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing property listings, and building strong relationships with landlords and investors to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage property owners to secure new listings and management agreements.

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close acquisition deals.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of newly acquired properties.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive inventory.

• Analyze property values, trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within the UAE market.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.

• In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations, valuation methods, and market trends.

• Ability to analyze complex data and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory).
