Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is seeking an ACES Manager for the UAE to redefine ultra-fast grocery operations. This role involves leading operational improvements, standardization efforts, cross-functional project execution, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across Amazon Now Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UFG LM UTR/OTR improvements and standardization initiatives.

• Act as liaison across departments, resolving operational issues and ensuring accountability.

• Support UTR/LM Kaizen events and cross-functional project implementation.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and productivity.

• Strategic planning for 3, 6, and 12 months with focus on peak-season readiness.

• Establish metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.

• Provide tools and guidance to teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Maintain Health and Safety standards while promoting a safety-first culture.

• Prepare leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.

• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.

• 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.

• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

• Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.

• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
