Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Executive will support the finance department by managing tuition fee invoicing, collections, supplier payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires attention to detail, customer service excellence, and a proactive approach to managing school-related financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to parents and staff, responding to finance-related queries.

Issue and manage invoices for tuition, exams, trips, and ad hoc charges.

Monitor and drive fee collections; manage payment plans and related documentation.

Reconcile accounts receivable/payable and process payments to suppliers upon management approval.

Manage petty cash and maintain proper records of transactions.

Support monthly and annual financial closings and VAT submissions.

Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or diploma in Finance or related field.

Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within an educational institution.

Experience with accounting software and data entry systems.
