Green Motion UAE, franchised by Al Rais Rent A Car, represents the globally recognized Green Motion brand in the UAE. Founded in the UK in 2007, Green Motion is known for offering premium car rental services across multiple countries. Al Rais Rent A Car, a part of Al Rais Investment and established in 2002, specializes in vehicle leasing and rental solutions for both corporate and personal clients.

We are currently hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Accountant to be based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s receivables, overseeing invoicing processes, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. Candidates with experience in the Rent a Car industry and a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including customer invoicing and payment processing.

• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage credit collections.

• Liaise with clients to resolve discrepancies or billing inquiries in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and maintain compliance.

• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for receivable-related activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the Rent a Car industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of finance, invoicing, and credit collection processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Clear and effective communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
