Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist 

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end close activities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices with precision, ensuring accuracy and appropriate departmental approvals.

• Reconcile vendor statements and promptly address discrepancies or outstanding issues.

• Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Maintain organized AP records, ensuring full compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements.

• Support the month-end closing process and assist with financial reporting activities.

• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and strong command of Microsoft Excel.

• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
