Key Responsibilities:

📑 Invoice Processing:

• Review, verify, and process incoming supplier invoices.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies and contracts.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness in financial documentation.

🔄 Reconciliation & Record Keeping:

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal controls.

📊 Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all transactions adhere to tax regulations & accounting standards.
• Assist in financial reporting and provide necessary data for audits.

📞 Communication & Vendor Management:

• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments for payment-related queries.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors to resolve issues promptly.

📆 Month-End & Year-End Closing:

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
• Prepare reports and support financial statement preparation.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:
