We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Associate to support our studio operations in Dubai. This is a dynamic hybrid role that blends administrative, accounting, and logistical functions. You’ll be the backbone of daily operations—supporting procurement, client communications, inventory tracking, and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative duties: emails, data entry, document filing, and scheduling.

• Communicate with clients and suppliers to manage documents, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payments.

• Support procurement by assisting with demand planning and order schedules.

• Track and manage inventory levels, helping optimize stock control strategies.

• Calculate landed costs on imports (freight, duties, and other charges).

• Maintain accurate Excel-based reports for directors and financial records.

• Oversee studio office operations, including supply management and workflow support.

• Provide hospitality and logistical support during events, meetings, and studio visits.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior experience in accounting, procurement, or administrative roles is a plus.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a creative studio environment.
