We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage financial operations and project accounting for construction and facade projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes in compliance with UAE accounting standards
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Handle project accounting, including cost tracking and financial monitoring for facade projects
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure VAT compliance and adherence to local tax regulations
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments
• UAE accounting experience is highly preferred
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Knowledge of local labor laws and financial regulations
