Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to 15,000 AED/month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications)

A well-established real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its finance operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Male candidate of Asian nationality, aged 45 or below.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Professional certification required (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial laws.
