Job Title: Accounting & Admin Executive

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a well-rounded and detail-oriented Accounting & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience across Accounting, Customer Service, and Administrative/HR functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting / Finance:

  • Issue and track invoices, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Ensure accurate data entry of all financial transactions into accounting systems

  • Prepare supplier payments and ensure all supporting documents are in place

  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits

  • Handle VAT, Corporate Tax compliance, and related financial documentation

  • Upload sell-out data and maintain accurate sales records

Customer Service:

  • Enter and process wholesale orders, ensuring end-to-end coordination until final delivery

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner

  • Provide back-office support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Admin / HR:

  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office administration tasks

  • Monitor office supply inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Support HR tasks such as payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and assisting in recruitment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Certified Bookkeeper is a plus)

  • 2–5 years of UAE experience in accounting, admin, or customer service roles

  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience in logistics is a plus

  • Filipino nationality (Male/Female), Female preferred

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years

  • Nationality: Philippines

  • Gender: Female

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma

  • Career Level: Mid Career
