Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Finance Officer to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, regulatory compliance awareness, and the ability to support business operations through precise financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment reconciliation.

• Monitor company cash flow, budgets, and overall financial performance.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT laws and other financial regulations.

• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and financial data.

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and management teams for financial planning and analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA, CFA, or CA qualification is preferred.

• Experience: 3–8 years in accounting or finance, preferably in the trading or construction sector.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in accounting tools like QuickBooks, Tally, and MS Excel.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of UAE tax and regulatory standards.

• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.

• Visa Status: Candidates must already be in the UAE with a transferable visa.
