About the Position

Alpha Projects & Logistics, an international project forwarding company, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for our Dubai branch. If you thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment and have a passion for maintaining financial accuracy, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Accountant & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our bookkeeping and financial processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly while handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation

• Manage creditor and debtor accounts, including payments and invoicing

• Perform VAT reconciliation and reporting

• Oversee payroll administration, including holiday accounting and refund applications

• Prepare materials for annual accounts and collaborate with auditors

• Support in administrative tasks related to bookkeeping and accounting

• Use e-conomic (Danish finance system) for reporting and Excel/PowerPoint for presentations

Candidate Requirements

• Solid experience in bookkeeping and financial management

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function

• Experience with financial systems

• Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on diverse tasks in a small company

• Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with internal and external partners

• Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
