Job Title: Accountant – Financial Management & Reporting

About Us:

Three Zone General Trading is a fast-growing trading company based in the UAE, specializing in a diverse range of trading activities. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Accountant to handle financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements in compliance with UAE regulations.
🔹 Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
🔹 Reconcile accounts (bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts).
🔹 Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
🔹 Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.
🔹 Liaise with auditors and support financial audits.
🔹 Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (home country or UAE).
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or other ERP systems).
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance.
✔ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple financial tasks.
✔ High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
