Position Title: Accountant

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accountant to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensure accurate financial reporting using Oracle NetSuite, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves managing financial documentation and compliance with regional accounting and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process accounting transactions in compliance with GAAP and internal policies

  • Manage client onboarding: verify lease agreements, KYC documentation, and create sales orders in Oracle NetSuite

  • Generate and send invoices per signed contracts and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Maintain documentation of client contracts, KYC records, and vendor invoices

  • Handle petty cash transactions and ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation

  • Book and process OPEX and CAPEX invoices and manage vendor payments

  • Post journal entries related to vendor bills, prepaid expenses, revenue recognition, and client billing

  • Classify expenses correctly for P&L and Balance Sheet, with a clear understanding of capital vs. operational expenditures

  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and basic balance sheet schedules

  • Reconcile accounts and produce accurate financial reports

  • Assist during internal and external audits

  • Stay updated with business trends and fundamental regulations in KSA, including Licensing, Employment Laws, AML, UBO, and ESR compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred) and Microsoft Excel

  • High accuracy in data entry, journal posting, and financial reconciliation

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors

  • Awareness of regional compliance and regulatory frameworks
