Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting regulatory compliance, and providing essential financial insights to aid decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a keen interest in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, journal entries).

• Handle daily accounting functions: invoicing, payments, receivables, and payables.

• Reconcile bank statements and manage month-end/year-end closing processes.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

• Work closely with sales, admin, and marketing departments to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking.

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

• Maintain and improve internal financial processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (real estate industry preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools.

• Knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial compliance regulations.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Must be based in the UAE.
